The Medium Grants Fund can provide grants of up to £5,000 for projects that support children and young people (0 – 25 years) who have been impacted by COVID-19. We can fund up to 3 medium grants during this round. The Medium Grants Fund is particularly suitable for established groups and community organisations. If you are not a formal group or are under 18, you will need to provide the information of your Supporting Partner and they will need to complete and sign this form with you. Other groups may leave this section blank.

If your grant application is successful, we will request a copy of the following documents: • your constitution or governing document. • a recent bank account dated within the last 3 months. If you do not have a bank account please let us know if you are able to work with a larger organisation who would be prepared to manage your funds if your application is successful. • your most recent annual accounts or summary of income and expenditure for the last financial year. • your Safeguarding Policy. If you are not a formal group or are under 18, we will require these documents from your Supporting Partner.
