Grants Administration Officer - Haringey Giving (Part Time)
Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 pa + 6% pension (Pro rata)
Employment type: Fixed Term 1 Year, 15 hours per week

Do you have excellent organisational, administration, communications and event organisation experience gained from the voluntary, public or private sector? Do you have experience of maintaining effective systems and databases? Do you have experience of creating publicity information and content for a website, social media channels to reach a variety of different audiences?

Haringey Giving, which is administered by the Bridge Renewal Trust, is a unique, ambitious and new local partnership who want to enable local people to take action on what matters to them and live fulfilled lives. This initiative aims to inspire and enable Haringey’s residents, communities, businesses and funders to give their time, talents and funds to support good causes in our borough. One of its core functions is to distribute funds locally through a range of grant programmes.

We are currently recruiting an organised and creative Grants Administration Officer to provide flexible and efficient administrative support and communications, raising awareness of and supporting Haringey Giving grant giving activities.

We are looking for someone who is able to engage with a wide range of audiences, including hard-to-reach communities through different channels, including face-to-face and social media; who is able to organise small scale events, meetings, peer support groups and administer grant panels.

This is a new and exciting opportunity to help support the development and implementation of an effective grants administrative process in line with good practice in accessible and inclusive local grant giving.

To be considered as our Grants Administration Officer, the successful candidate will have strong administrative, organisational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; and will be proficient in the use of a range of software including MS Office, Mailchimp and Survey Monkey.
