We share the pain of the peoples of Turkey and call all workers to solidarity!

According to current figures, tens of thousands of people have lost their lives and while even more are injured in the earthquake in Turkey, we fear the numbers will increase.

The magnitude of the earthquake is huge. Thousands of workers and labourers lost their homes and livelihoods in the earthquake, causing a great destruction that has spread over ten provinces and the surrounding countries. The earthquake's impact is on a wide area; damage to thousands of buildings and the winter weather conditions make it even more difficult to get help to those that need it most.

We call for solidarity and cooperation to ease the suffering and heal wounds. We will send all the aid we collect directly to those affected by the earthquake, through campaigns, community groups, trade unions and NGOs.
