Help us raise to support many more of Haringey's most vulnerable people

The COVID-19 epidemic continues to have a massive impact on all our lives and is contributing to the worst economic downturn in history. The recent UK lockdowns have impacted hugely on the most vulnerable people across our communities.

People and organisations across Haringey continue to make amazing efforts to get support to where it is needed

The impact is much, much worse for the many vulnerable people living in Haringey, such as people who are: living on low incomes, unemployed, homeless, unsafe at home, older and isolated, refugees and migrants and people experiencing mental ill-health.

We have supported many vital community projects so far

Local community support projects continue to face further huge increases in demand for their services.

Thanks to kind donations of over £250,000 from individuals, businesses, and funders and a grant of £150,000 from the National Lottery Community Fund and other funding, we've been able to support 81 community response projects operating in the borough since March 2020.

We know that the impact of this last year will be felt for a considerable time to come and as we begin to emerge out of lockdown and focus on recovery, we hope to continue to fund vital support for those impacted most by the pandemic.
